Anthony Epes Fine Art Prints

1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Anthony Epes Fine Art Print Store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All works are original photographic artworks created by Anthony Epes and are sold as fine art prints for personal use.

2. Product Description

Each print is produced using high-quality materials to ensure longevity and visual integrity.

• Prints may be offered as limited editions or open editions

• Sizes, materials, and mounting options are specified on each product page

• Slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences and printing processes

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in the selected store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

4. Order Processing

• Each print is made to order unless otherwise stated

• Please allow 3–10 business days for production before shipping

• During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.

5. Shipping

• Prints are shipped worldwide from trusted print partners

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Delivery times vary depending on destination

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

• Anthony Epes is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs

6. Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Smaller prints are shipped flat or in protective sleeves

• Larger prints are shipped rolled in durable tubes

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of the work, all sales are final.

However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

• Item arrives damaged

• Incorrect item received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue and packaging

Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already begun and cancellation is not guaranteed.

9. Copyright & Usage

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Anthony Epes.

• Purchases are for personal use only

• Prints may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

10. Limited Editions

For limited edition prints:

• Edition size is fixed and will not be increased

• Prints may be signed and/or numbered where specified

• Once sold out, the image will not be reproduced in that format

11. Liability

Anthony Epes is not liable for:

• Delays outside of reasonable control

• Minor variations in print appearance

• Losses resulting from misuse of the product
